S.R.L. “Carlevana Winery”, headquartered in Merenii Noi village, Anenii Noi district, Ștefan cel Mare Street no. 9, registered with the Public Services Agency under tax code 1017600050239, legally represented by Administrator Alexandr Bilinkis, hereby issues this public offer for the provision of tourist services.
1. Scope of the Offer
The Provider offers the following services for booking and purchase:
- wine tours,
- guided excursions,
- wine tastings,
- leisure and tourist assistance services,
- customized tourist packages.
The services are provided based on individual reservations submitted by the Beneficiaries through the website www.carlevana.md, by phone at +373 76755550, or directly at the winery’s premises.
2. Acceptance of the Offer
By completing and submitting the reservation form (Order Form) and making full payment, the Beneficiary expressly accepts this public offer. At that point, a valid service contract is considered concluded between the parties.
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- The service price is indicated in the invoice issued after completing the reservation.
- The Beneficiary must pay 100% in advance, within 1 calendar day from the confirmation of the reservation.
- Services are only provided after full payment has been received.
4. Reservation Procedure
- Reservations must be made at least 7 calendar days before the desired date.
- The order must include: type of services, date and time, number of participants, contact details, and payment method.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider:
- Confirms or rejects the order within 3 business days.
- May subcontract third parties to provide the services.
- May refuse service if the Beneficiary is late or violates conduct/safety rules.
- May suspend services in case of non-payment.
The Beneficiary:
- Must comply with the conduct, safety, and fire prevention rules displayed on the premises.
- Is not allowed to record photos/videos for public or commercial use without written consent.
- Must inform all group participants about these rules and ensure compliance.
6. Cancellations and Penalties
- Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance will not be refunded.
- In case of cancellation or no-show, the Provider may retain penalties, preparation costs, and any damages from the paid amount.
7. Force Majeure
- The parties are not liable for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure, provided notice is given within 10 days.
- If the event continues for more than 30 days, the contract may be terminated without penalties.
8. Confidentiality
Personal and commercial information will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Complaints will be resolved amicably within 7 calendar days.
- If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
