Alb de Mereni
Alb de Mereni is a unique white wine made from a blend of four grape varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, and Muscat Ottonel. The vineyard where these grapes are grown is characterized by a chaotic arrangement, with all the grapes being harvested together to create this distinctive wine. The maximum annual production capacity for this wine is 6,000 bottles.
Cuvee Blanc
Cuvee Blanc is a refined blend of three grape varieties: Feteasca Regală, Chardonnay, and Rhein Riesling. The Feteasca Regală adds delicate floral and fruity notes, the Chardonnay brings creamy texture and hints of vanilla, while the Rhein Riesling contributes vibrant acidity and citrus aromas. Together, they create a sophisticated wine with a fresh, balanced finish
Orange
Orange wine, or “Amber wine,” is a blend of Chardonnay and Muscat Ottonel made using red wine techniques with white grapes. It undergoes 4 months of skin contact, which imparts unique flavors and color.
Rara Neagra
Rara Neagra, an unique wine that represents our country and winery, known as one of the most awarded and appreciated wines from Carlevana. First single variety Rara Neagra wine in Republic of Moldova was produced by Carlevana in 2002. The wine was aged for 12 months.
Malbec
A wine aged for 12 months and made from Malbec grapes produced by Carlevana, featuring complex berry flavors with subtle notes of vanilla and spices.
Merlotage
Merlotage – a blend of three noble French varieties, with Merlot as the base, followed by Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon. An exceptional wine aged for 18 months. It is one of the two red blends produced at Carlevana for over 20 years.
