Ice Wine BRUMĂRIU
Carlevana Winery’s Ice Wine is a premium dessert wine. This exquisite wine is made from grapes of Rhein Riesling that are naturally frozen on the vine, harvested at -4 degree C, in the cold winter months. The freezing process results in a high sugar content, giving the wine its characteristic sweetness, balanced by a refreshing acidity. The first Ice Wine produced in Moldova was made by Carlevana from the 2003 vintage.

Ambrozia Late Harvest Chardonnay 2019, an excellent wine produced using the Tokaj wine-making technology, where the grapes are affected by the noble rot, Botrytis cinerea, giving the wine a unique character. The only botrytized wine in the Republic of Moldova.
