Carlevana Winery is located in a picturesque place, surrounded by centuries-old trees, one of them being the house of the black raven that has been watching over us for over 20 years. Over time, we felt a growing desire to honor our guest. This is how we created Black Raven Cabernet Sauvignon 2002.
A wine of wisdom, aged in oak barrels. An intense ruby-red Cabernet Sauvignon. Complex aroma of berries, black plums, spices and licorice. As a taste it is a very complex, rich and robust wine with notes of blackberries, black cherries, and currants. It has a good persistence of taste, slightly spicy, with delicate and elegant tannins.
Decant it for an hour to fully enjoy it with red meat dishes, cheeses with mold, desserts with chocolate cream.
